*Some remote provincial locations are currently deemed unserviceable under COD terms. In these instances, payment may still be made by bank deposit or pera padala prior to shipping. Customers with unserviceable COD orders will be notified by Mistwood of the issue.

How does it work?

If your shipping address is in Metro Manila, choose "Cash on Delivery (Metro Manila)" as your payment method. If your shipping address is outside Metro Manila, then choose Cash On Delivery (Outside Metro Manila). It's that easy!

Can a customer refuse to pay and receive for a COD order?

Yes, but the only valid reason to refuse to receive and pay for a COD order is for wrong product/s delivered (ie. orders delivered are not what was actually ordered). In this case, kindly inform the rider of the reason for refusing to receive and pay so that the order can be returned to us quickly for immediate remedying.

Any other reason for refusing a COD order (including false allegations of wrong product/s delivered) will constitute a serious violation of the terms of use of our COD service. Simple change of mind will not be honored. We reserve the right to refuse further services to customers who violate the terms of use of any of our services.

Can I test a vape device or other product first before receiving and paying the courier?

No. Our couriers and their delivery crew are third-party service providers. They are there exclusively to deliver and receive payment in Mistwood's behalf, and will have other deliveries to make in their route. They cannot stand-by for product testing and will not be able to take your questions or complaints about the product, if you have any.

If you are concerned about the integrity of your product, our Team Care 2.0 program of warranties and services (60 days for mods, 30 days for atomizers and chargers, and 7 days for batteries) is behind you! The proper procedure is to receive and pay for your product/s, proceed to reading the manual carefully, and use them as instructed. Is there a service charge for COD?

For provincial COD, yes. Our provincial COD courier-partner charges a fee of 3% of the total order value (inclusive of the shipping fee if any) for payment collection and remittance services. If you are availing of COD to a provincial address, please expect this charge on top of your total order value. Example, if your total order is 1599, then the courier will collect a total payment of P1647 on delivery.
